NOMINATE YOUR COMPANY FOR THE RECOGNITION IT DESERVES

The mission of the REMI Awards is to recognize the hard work, accomplishments and positive contributions of property management companies. The award is both a celebration of excellence and an incentive to continue developing new products, services and procedures for the industry.

This year the award will focus on newly completed projects or developments with in your company. New ideas help to invigorate an industry and contribute to fast paced growth and development. Projects will provide improved business strategies, programs and process. Using the criteria below, report on your business organization and the project(s) recently developed or implemented by your company.

a) Tell us about your business?  Describe your organization and include elements such as unique qualities, reasons for your overall success, notable achievements, community involvement, goals and objectives, history, portfolio overview, and client profile. 

b) Completed Successful Project.  
Describe up to a maximum of two (2) key projects that have had an impact on your organization or the industry as a whole. Please refer only to projects over the past 24 months (October 2004 – October 2006).  Some suggested subject areas might be: environmental programs, energy management, building conservation, customer service, retention, marketing, security, sustainability, community benefit, etc

Winners will be announced at a reception during PM Expo on Thursday November 30, 2006.  A supplement featuring the winners will be in in Canadian Property Management, Canadian Apartment Magazine and CondoBusiness.

Entry Deadline

Fully completed and signed applications must be submitted to MediaEdge Communications Inc. by 5:00 p.m. Thursday November 9th, 2006.
